Dental Insurance

Dr. Chandler and Dr. Erickson are out-of-network with all insurance carriers. Our practice will collect our office fees in full on the day of treatment. We will happily submit a dental claim for your reimbursement. Please verify you have out-of-network benefits before providing our administration team with your insurance card. We do not send pre-authorizations for any treatment and do not bill health insurance for surgeries.
